Attention Boys
Parents of boys, ages 9 to 21, who are coming in for their WELL CHECK appointments should check with their insurance company to see how they will pay for the HPV vaccine now recommended for boys. You will need to give the insurance company CPT code 90649. This will determine how the doctors bill the insurance company. The vaccine is given as three injections over six month period. Please call our insurance specialist, Tammy, at ext 220 if you have any questions.
