FEES? - We will file insurance on our patients for all vaccines No insurance patients $10 - For non-patients, who we give vaccines as a courtesy, we do not file insurance. A courtesy payment is expected at time of service as follows: Seasonal Flu Shot - $25.00, Seasonal Flu Mist -$30, and all H1N1 Immunizations $15.00

Is a second vaccine (Booster) required?
YES! for H1N1, anyone under ten years of age must receive a second dose. for Seasonal, anyone nine or under who has never receive two doses in one year must receive second dose
